OVERALL LOOK AND FEEL: The tone of the event will be fun and exciting. Pink and purple will be the leading colors to play along with the Pop Star theme.
LIGHTING: Lighting will be bright and airy - outdoors in the early afternoon so optimize sunshine for light and warmth.
LOUNGE: The lounge area will be a black and white dance/play space
TABLES: The lunch table will face the stage, with table top matching the dance and play area. Pink and grey sweatshirt give aways will be wrapped around each chair.
OBJECTS: Pop star elements will be filtered through out the space, including mini guitars as take away gifts, star cutouts, and disco balls. A balloon arch installation will be the focal object.
FLOWERS: Flower centerpieces will be replaced with jars of purple wrapped candies for after lunch splurges.
