WINTER WONDERLAND
A classic theme that has remained a stylistic and affordable option for offices around the world to implement for their holiday affairs. A quick and easy way to implement event design without having to source much is by simply draping sheepskin rugs over existing furniture and pairing them with an assortment of printed pillows. Silver tinsel can be purchased cheaply from Amazon and can create a huge impact, especially when used in abundance. We suggest hanging the metallic fun all around the room, encompassing the party and giving guests the feeling they are caught in the middle of a disco snow flake. Another creative design you can implement is the hanging snowballs - using clear string, thread handmade balls from fake snow and tape them vertically throughout the ceiling. Lastly, if you have a little left in your budget, we recommend purchasing or renting classic vintage wooden ski gear such as the old school sled pictured above… another fun item could be vintage ski shoes.

BEACH PARTY
A less traditional theme is one of our absolute favorites - the beach! The holiday season usually goes hand in hand with cold weather… so why not escape to the beach for an evening without the cost of traveling? In order for this theme to be successful you’ll need an empty canvas of a room. This is perfect for offices that have rented an offsite venue to host their holiday party rather than the company who is planning to decorate near their workstations. To bring this theme to life you’ll need to rent a couple of colorful surfboards to prop against the wall sporadically throughout the space. You’ll also want to rent colorful stripped cabanas and use them to designate lounge/seating areas. Lastly, download a video file of the actual beach, the ocean or even an underwater look - you’ll use this video for a projector and can display the graphics on the walls, ceiling, or floor depending on what file you’ve chosen. You can also purchase a projector specifically programmed with wave and underwater options.
